Profile

With years of experience in the animation industry, I have honed my skills as a 2D animator, storyboard artist, and director. Upon relocating to Canada, I specialized in Character Rigging using the latest techniques in toon Boom Harmony while employing diverse rigging styles. Currently, I work as a lead character rigger, where my extensive animation experience enables me to ensure that the rigging is accessible and usable for animators.

My expertise includes drawing, character acting, storytelling, compositing, and editing. I have vast experience in different animation styles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and manage competing priorities and projects. My excellent time management and multitasking skills make me comfortable working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines. I can work independently or as part of a team, and I am highly self-motivated and capable of generating innovative ideas.

Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my work, winning several awards for my short films and TV shows. One of my shorts, "Wiza World," was officially selected for the Melbourne International Animation Festival, further highlighting my talents in the industry.

Recently, I had the opportunity to rig several main characters for Nelvana's latest show, "Zokie of Planet Ruby," including Zokie and Ruby. This experience has enhanced my character rigging and animation expertise, demonstrating my ability to deliver exceptional results that exceed expectations.

  • Creating a suitable style as needed for the production and checking the scripts.

  • I led the 2D animation team, characters rigging artists, 2D animators, compositing, and checking the render. Besides my work as a team leader, I also participated in creating the character's rigging, character animation, and character design.

  • Follow up on the client’s comments and the animation team's support and ensure the deadlines were met.
